Auction Terms & Conditions: All payments must be made in USD All items sold "as is where is", with all descriptions believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Please read shipping fees. Bidding is in a staggered/soft close format - See description for details. By bidding on an item, the bidder is entering into a legal binding contract. All items must be picked up within 14 days of auction close unless other arrangements are made. Items left after 14 days may be subject to resale at our discretion. Buyers premium of 10% on all items An additional 4% charge will be added for all credit card transactions.
Shipping Fees: IF YOU MISS PICKUP AND WE HAVE TO RETURN TO AUCTION LOCATION IT IS A 30 DOLLAR SERVICE FEE. IF WE HAVE TO HAUL YOUR ITEMS BACK TO OUR FACILITY IT IS A 30 DOLLAR SERVICE FEE AND 90 DOLLARS AN HOUR TO HAUL BACK. PLEASE READ PICKUP DATE AND TIME BEFORE BIDDING. We will now ship. We charge a flat 5 dollar handling fee. We use a 3rd party program "shipping saint" for shipping. We will start moving items to shipping department after buyer responds to email of pickup or shipping. Once you indicate shipping and pay merchandise invoice you will recieve a second invoice from Shipping Saint. Once the shipping invoice is paid your items will ship. All boxes and materials are at the buyers cost. We try to ship same day as invoice is paid. We reserve the right to take up to 14 days to ship after invoice for shipping has been paid. If you have any question please call our office at 618-592-4200 If we are shipping fire arms or ammunition it must be to a licensed FFL.
