Terms/Conditions :


3% buyers premium. Contract signed and 10% down immediately following the close of the auction. Closings to be scheduled for each tract in order beginning 30 days after auction conclusion and fully-signed Contract. Please make financial arrangements prior to sale. Wire transfers will incur a $20 wire transfer fee. Announcements day of auction take precedence over all advertising, oral, or printed material. All information provided is from deemed reliable sources, but not guaranteed. Buyers relying on such information are urged to inquire about said property on their own. Each potential bidder is responsible for conducting at their own risk, their own independent inspections, investigations, and due diligence concerning the property.
