3% buyers premium. Contract signed and 10% down immediately following the close of the auction. Closings to be scheduled for each tract in order beginning 30 days after auction conclusion and fully-signed Contract. Please make financial arrangements prior to sale. Wire transfers will incur a $20 wire transfer fee. Announcements day of auction take precedence over all advertising, oral, or printed material.
